Open your account
Use the account route configured for this store. Shopify handles the sign-in experience.

Choose the order
Open an order to reach its Shopify order-status page and the details available for that purchase.

Follow the shipment
After a fulfillment has a real tracking number, Shopify shows the tracking information supported for that carrier or directs you to the carrier.
Guest checkout
Your order email keeps its private link.
If you did not create an account, use the “View your order” link in your Shopify order-confirmation or shipment email. It is tied to that individual order, rather than a public lookup form.
